Most in-stock items are processed within 1β3 business days before shipment. During holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

Custom-Made & Personalized Items
Some items, including personalized jewelry, engraved pieces, made-to-order designs, moissanite jewelry, solid gold pieces, and certain custom products, require additional production time before shipping.
Please allow approximately 4β8 weeks for custom-made items to be crafted before shipment, in addition to the shipping time shown at checkout.
Shipping Fees

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local handling charges. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the customerβs responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Customs processing may also cause delays beyond our original delivery estimate. We appreciate your patience if your package is held for inspection or clearance.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
Eseres Jewelry is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will help review the shipment status and guide you through the next step.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Eseres Jewelry is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage caused after delivery. We recommend checking your mailbox, front desk, building reception, neighbors, or local post office if your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package.
Order Splitting
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability, warehouse location, or product type. You may receive more than one tracking number for the same order.
