Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange under the following circumstances:

  1. Damaged or Defective Items: If your item is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with valid photo proofs. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or issue a refund.

  2. Missing Items: In the event of missing items from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with valid photo proofs. We will verify the issue and provide a replacement or issue a partial refund.

  3. Incorrect Items Received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with valid photo proof. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund for the incorrect item.

  4. Items Not as Described: If the received item does not match the description provided on our website, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with valid photo proof. Please note that slight color differences may occur due to monitor variations, and we do not accept returns for this reason.

Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate the return process.

  2. Submit Return Request: Log into your account and submit a return request, providing details of the reason for return and attaching photo proofs. We will respond to your request within 48 hours.

  3. Receive Return Confirmation: Upon review of your return request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if approved.

  4. Ship the Item Back: Send the item back within 48 hours of receiving the return confirmation to the address provided along with the RMA.

  5. Provide Tracking Information: Use a trackable delivery service to return the item and provide us with the tracking number and website for verification.

Shipping Fees

  • We cover shipping and reshipping fees for items damaged, missing, incorrect, or not as described due to our error.
  • If you request an exchange for an incorrectly placed order, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
  • Prepayment of return shipping fees may be required. If the reshipping fees are determined to be our responsibility after confirmation with our customer service, we will refund the return shipping fee upon receiving the returned items.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed after receiving and inspecting the returned item to ensure compliance with our Return Policy.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If payment was made via Wire Transfer or Western Union, we will issue the refund via PayPal.
  • We aim to process refunds within 24 business hours of receiving the returned product. You can expect to receive the refund within 48 business days. If you do not receive the refund within the specified time, please contact us or your bank.
